Information for Students
Practice Tips
- Read over your technique checklist before each
practice time.
- Spend 10-15 minutes on warm-up exercises at
each practice
- Touch on all of the pieces on your assignment
sheet.
- If you will not have a lot of time to practice
in a given week, then pick a few assignments to concentrate on.
Preparing for a Lesson
- Check your assignment sheet and make sure to
bring all of your music to your lesson.
- Come prepared to work on all assignments
listed on your assignment sheet.
- If you arrive early, please wait in the
Aquarium room.
- If your hands are dirty or you are sick,
please wash your hands when you arrive at the lesson.
- Be prepared to have fun.
